Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
Submit the following to the Admissions Office:
- Accomplished College Application Form
- Photocopy of Form 138
- Grade 11 both Semesters
- Grade 12 First Semester
- 1 pc. 2×2 colored picture with plain white background
- Pay the Application Fee of P150.00 at the Finance Office.
- An Acceptance Letter will be received by the applicant via courier or email, once the application for the desired program has been approved.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
Submit the following to the Admissions Office:
Accomplished College Application Form, Processing Form for Transferee and Survey for Transferee
- Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
- Official Scholastic Record of subjects taken and grades obtained in the school previously attended
- Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by the Dean of the previous school
- 5 pcs of 1×1 colored picture with plain white background
-Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA certified)
Proceed to the following Departments for Interview
- Respective Dean’s Office for Evaluation
- Registrar’s Office for Crediting
- Office of Student Affairs for Consultation
- Registrar’s Office for Final Interview
-After the interviews, return to the Admissions Office for Enrollment.
MASTER'S PROGRAM (MAEd, MBA, MLIS, MSHTM)
1. Original and Photocopy of Transcript of Records (for non-BU)
2. Transfer Credential or Honorable Dismissal
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Photocopy of NSO Certified Birth Certificate
5. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
