Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Entrance Examination
2. High School Report Card (Form 138)
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Authenticated NSO Birth Certificate

Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Six (6) copies of the Original Personal History Statement (PHS) and Student’s Admission
2. Review Checklist (REG – 2C) with 2x2 colored picture of the application.
Original and Two (2) copies of all pages of the academic records (diploma, report cards, mark sheets, etc.) of the applicant with seal of the Philippines Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin of the applicant.
3. Original and Two (2) photocopies of the affidavit of support.
4. The Statement of Adequate Financial Capabilities.
5. Three (3) photocopies of the passport (with photo, information and birth certificate of the applicant) authenticated by the Philippines Consul.
6. Alien Certification Registration (ACR).
7. Photocopy of Student Visa.
1. Applicant must be a degree holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
From one of the recognized educational institutions in the Philippines
2. Non-B.S. Marine Transport, B.S. Marine Engineering or B.S. Customs
Administration graduates, students or professionals intending to pursue the
MARAD or MCA program are required to enroll the 12 units’ pre-requisite
Subjects before accepted to the core subjects in MARAD or MCA program.
3. Applicant must have at least one (1) year related experience preferably in the
Field related to the academic degree the applicant wishes to pursue.
4. Two (2) sets of Transcript of Records (TOR), one original and one photocopy with Special Order (S.O.) Number and an average grade not lower than 85% or 2.25.
5. Two written recommendation/endorsement from either former professors or
Superiors in the office where applicant is currently employed, indicating therein
The ability of the applicant to pursue a master’s degree course.
6. Certificate of work experience, indicating therein the nature of job and length of service.
7. All applicants to the Master’s degree program must undergo the process of both written and oral assessment with regards o applicant’s capability to pursue the study.
8. All applicants must take the written examinations and shall pass the interview to qualify an enrollment to the program.
9. Such other school credentials as may be required.
