Admission requirements:
Applicants for the Juris Doctor (JD) degree must satisfy the following requirements:
1. A holder of a four-year bachelor's degree from a duly recognized institution and has earned at least (1) 18 units in English; (2) 6 units in Mathematics; (3) 18 units in Social Science (History, Political Science, Economics, Philosophy, Psychology, etc.); provided however, a holder of a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree with deficiencies of not more than 9 units in these subjects may still be admitted if the units of deficiencies are taken by student during the first curriculum year;
2. Applicant must have obtained a general weighted average of at least 85% subject to the provisions in paragraph 6.
3. Applicant must successfully pass the AUF Law Admissions Test which also includes two essays whose topics shall be determined by the School.
4. Applicant must hurdle an evaluation interview before the Admissions Committee.
5. An applicant who does not meet the required general minimum weighted average of 85% but produces satisfactory essays and possesses a satisfactory character reference may be admitted "on probation" if he/she passes the AUF law admissions tests and the evaluation interview before the Admissions Committee; however, the student may apply for a change status from probationary to regular after completing the first semester, with an average of at least 78% with no failures or incomplete grade in any subject, provided further that the School Dean, on the recommendation of the School Admissions Committee, evaluates and decides on the application for change of status.
6. Transfer credits may be allowed on a case-to-case basis at the discretion of the Dean, in consultation with the School of Law Admissions Committee.
Specific Requirements
1. Accomplished Application for Law Admissions (AUF-LAT Form 1)
2. Authenticated photocopy of college transcript of records (TOR)
3. Photocopy of birth certificate
4. Certificate of Eligibility for Admission into the law course (Form CEL)
5. Two recommendation forms (AUF-LAT Form 2) in sealed envelopes from previous professors/advisers or employers/supervisors
6. Two (2) recent, identical passport-size pictures.

Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
Any high school graduate or high school senior expected to graduate at the end of the school year may be admitted as a college freshmen based on the following:
1. Performance in the AUFCAT
2. Weighted average of high school grades from first year to third year
Specific Requirements:
1. High school Report Card (Form 138) containing grades during the 1 st,2 nd and 3 rd years.
2. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from the Guidance Counselor and the Class Adviser.
3. Two (2) 1 " x 1 " recent and identical photo.
4. Photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth.
5. Testing and application fees.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Transfer Credential
2. Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Grades
3. Birth Certificate or Certificate of Live Birth
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character from Parish Priest/Minister
5. Police /Barangay Clearance
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
A. A Foreign student-applicant will be qualified for admission in the University provided that he satisfies the following requirements:
1. Satisfactory evaluation of academic records by the College Dean
2. Satisfactory performance in the AUF College Admissions Test (AUFCAT) or in any
Equivalent international collegiate qualifying tests
3. Satisfactory performance in English Proficiency Test, where necessary
4. Favorable interview results
5. Favorable psychological tests results
6. Favorable physical/medical examination results
7. Valid Visa for Study and ACR/I-CARD
B. All foreign students seeking admission to the University are required of the following:
1. Application for the Angeles University Foundation College Admissions Test (AUFCAT). Application forms must be accomplished completely by the applicant (Forms 1 and 4) and by previous school officials/faculty (Forms 2 and 3).
2, Application fee - A non-refundable application fee is required to cover expenses for the application processing and AUFCAT
3. Official Transcript of Records - Two copies of Official Transcript of Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post, Embassy or Consulate in the applicants’ country of origin or legal residence must be submitted
4. Original Personal History Statement (1998 Revised PHS) - Six (6) copies of PHS must be duly accomplished and signed by the applicant, accompanied by personal seal, if any, with original left and right hand thumb prints and pictures
5. Police Clearance - Issued by the National Police Office duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post, Embassy or Consulate in the applicants’ country of origin or legal residence
6. A notarized Affidavit of Support from parents AND proof of adequate financial support (Bank Certificate). The certificate must be duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post, Embassy or Consulate in the applicants’ country of origin or legal residence
7. Photocopy of Passport - Six (6) copies of passport pages where name, photo, birth date and birth place appear
8. Birth Certificate - One original and two (2) photocopies must be prepared
9. Photos - Applicants must have at least four (4) copies of 1-½ X 1-½ colored photographs on plain white background, taken not more than six months prior to submission for application and enrollment purposes.
