Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Accomplished Online Application Form
2. High School Report Card (Form 138)
3. High School Transcript (Form 137A) Note: This should be a school to school transaction to ensure it's authenticity
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. 2x2 Photo (for 201 file)
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
Transferees from other College/University
1. Accomplished Online Application Form
2. Honorable Dismissal/ Transfer Credentials
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Official Transcript of Records to be sent by the previous school with anotation: COPY FOR: AMA Building II, Panay Ave., Quezon City with subject description taken from previous school (if needed for crediting of subjects)
5. 2x2 Photo (for 201 file)
6. Original copy of Birth Certificate or legal adoption papers.
Transferees from AMAES Member schools
1. Accomplished Online Application Form
2. Letter of Intent to Transfer
3. Honorable dismissal from originating AMAES School Official Transcript of
Records with notation: COPY FOR: AMA University, Project 8, Quezon City
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. 2x2 Photo (for 201 file)
6. Original copy of Birth Certificate or legal adoption papers
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Accomplished Online Application Form
2. Photocopy of Student Visa
3. Letter of Consent approved by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
Five copies of revised original Personal History Statement (PHS) duly accomplished and signed by the applicant in English and in national alphabet, accompanies by personal seal, if any, original left and right hand prints on PHS and original photos
4. A notarized affidavit or support and proof of adequate financial support to cover student’s dues and other incidental expenses.
5. For scholars, Certificate of Scholarship from the institution concerned
Photocopy of passport pages where name, photo, birth date, and birth place appear
6. Photocopy of Birth Certificate of legal adoption papers
7. Two copies of (1x1) photos (items 1-4 needed for student visa application)
Students interested in applying for the program should register and fill up the interview form (please see form categories here). The Online Dean shall assess the information and schedule interview. After completing the interview form, student applicants (“SA”) must visit www.amauonline.com, click register and fill up the online registration form for the portal. This will serve as your registration to the Student Information System (SIS) and the Learning Management System (LMS) once enrolled in the program.
Once done registering, student applicants need to log-in through portal.amauonline.com using the registered email address and password. The SA’s need to choose the program they wish to enroll as a degree of choice. The following requirements must also be uploaded, these are scanned copy in PDF, DOC, JPEG, PNG format with no greater than 5MB file size:
1. Transcript of Records
2. Diploma
3. Birth Certificate
After uploading, the students need to click submit and the system shall now process the evaluation. The evaluation of credentials and activation of subjects for enrollment usually take 24-48 hours. SA’s shall receive an email from AMA OEd’s Course Administrator regarding the result of their evaluation.
