Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. High School graduate.
2. Form 138 (Report Card) or Transcript of Records with a GPA as follows: - 85 or higher for Vet Med, Architecture and Engineering, Industrial Education, Teacher Education, Bachelor of Arts and Associate in Health Science Education; - 83 or higher for Industrial Technology and Hotel and Restaurant Technology; - No grade requirement for other programs.
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the Guidance Counselor or Principal.
4. Medical /Dental Certification signed by any government physician.
5. Two (2) recent "2 x 2" pictures.
6. Certified true copy of Live Birth (NSO for BSIE)
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Honorable Dismissal (original).
2. True copy of Transcript of Record certified by the Registrar.
3. Medical Certificate signed by government physician.
4. Certified true copy of Live Birth.
5. Four recent ID pictures ("2 x 2").
I. MASTER'S PROGRAM
A. Entrance Credentials
1. Accomplished application/admission form.
2. Certified true copy of transcript of records and certificate of honorable dismissal or transfer credential from the school last attended.
3. Recommendations/appraisals from two (two) professors/superiors or colleagues.
4. Passed interviews with GS Deans and with the respective Department/Division Chairperson thru the School/College Dean.
5. Permit to study, if employed.
B. Deferment of Admission
1. Deferment of Admission for a maximum period of one year shall be granted upon request of students who fail to enroll during the term when they are admitted. A student who is unable to register after the deferment period shall reapply for admission to the Graduate School.
C. Other Admission Requirements Per Program
• Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Management/PE/HE/IE
1. Must have completed bachelor's degree related to education.
2. Must have a general point average of 2.0 or higher in the undergraduate program. However, students with lower general weighted average will be allowed on probationary status.
3. Graduate of non-education baccalaureate degrees are required to enroll in these 18 basic education professional subjects.
4. No working experience is required.
• Master in Public Administration
1. Must have completed bachelor's degree.
2. Must have a general point average of 2.0 or higher in the undergraduate program. Students with lower general weighted average will be allowed in probationary status.
3. One Year working experience is required.
• Master in Animal Science
1. Must have completed degree in agriculture or related fields. Students with baccalaureate degrees in other fields should comply with undergraduate pre-requisite subjects.
2. Must have a general point average of 2.50 or higher in the undergraduate program.
3. No working experience is required.
• Master in Rural Development
1. Must have completed a bachelor's degree in agriculture or related fields.
2. Must have a general point average of 2.0 or higher in the undergraduate program.
3. No working experience is required.
II. DOCTORAL PROGRAM
A. Entrance Credentials

C. Other Admission Requirements (Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Management)
1. Must have earned a Master's Degree in education or related field.
2. Graduates of Master's Degree program must have completed at least three major education subjects in the Master's level.
3. Must have a general weighted average of 1.75 or higher in the master's program. Students with lower general weighted average will be allowed to enroll on a probationary status.
4. At least two (2) years in teaching/administrative experience.
5. Must submit service record.
D. Application for Admission
1. Compliance of entrance credentials and other admission requirements must be made at least 15 days before the officially scheduled date of enrollment.
2. Application for admission shall be acted upon the submission of the entrance credentials.
3. Notice of admission to the qualified applicant may be sent through mail or may be personally given to the applicant.
4. Interview with the College/School Dean and with the Department/Division Chairperson of the respective program enrolled with by the applicant, may be conducted upon receipt of the Notice of Admission during office hours/working days on or before the enrollment period or Saturdays as scheduled.

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
