Why did I choose Public Administration: I was hesitant at first due to it's position in the recent accreditation. However, when I learned that Dr. Sosa is pursuing a degree in pub ad. my mom told me not to think twice and I must do the same.

About my college education: This program prepares students to exquisitely apply public policy and carefully study the laws needed in administering public offices.

My current job: I am currently holding a position of Training Specialist III in one of the government agencies in Quezon City.

Am I using what I learned in college: Definitely, without a background knowledge in Pub Ad I don`t think I could effectively perform the skills needed for my job right now.

How long did it take to find a job: A month after I graduated my degree

Do I recommend studying Public Administration: Yes, if you have the heart to serve the people of this country, then you must take this program.

Advice to people who are thinking of studying this course: If you are planning to take Pub. Ad. You really need to have patience and wider understanding about the program. Patience because, other students will definitely compare your program to other programs, like, ABLLt and Pol Science, and of course since Pub Ad is not that famous, other student may view this program as a stock room for those who cannot understand English. Most of the students look up Llt because their basis of intelligence is on how a person perceive and deduce the text through oral/written communication.

About my college education: My course is challenging for me because it requires prior knowledge about the law and other types of principles that are highly related to law. It also touch-based on the fields economics and finance. However, I am able to finish this degree with the help of my family and friends and of course, by studying hard while enjoying and having fun. Because BPA is about the society, you have to be sociable and competent in communication. Being cognitively and analytically intelligent is also one factor that contributed to my success in graduating from this degree.

My current job: I am now a bank employee.

Am I using what I learned in college: I am using what I have learned n college. My communication skills and knowledge about finance and economics are the ones that I am using right now.

How long did it take to find a job: It took 6-9 months before I found a job.

Do I recommend studying : I recommend incoming freshmen students to take up BPA as their course because only a few people know about this course (I think) that is why only a few are taking it (low possibility of job competition).
It is an interesting career because you can continue studying law and other fields of specialization.
In terms of salary, you may enjoy high income when you work in higher companies.

Why did I choose Public Administration: Because I want to serve people in terms of public service.

About my college education: My course is not easy, because you need to have a sharp memory to memorize laws, human behavior difficulties, psychology and more about government strategies.

My current job: Police Officer

Am I using what I learned in college: Yes, I have used my knowledge I've learned in college using my skills in studying laws and human behavior.

How long did it take to find a job: About a month

Advice to people who are thinking of studying this course: I advice them to study hard this is not easy course.
