The Doctor of Business Administration program (DBA) is a three-year graduate program that enhances the knowledge and skills of business administration graduates on the theories, concepts and practices in management, managerial processes and research methods. It also covers topics in high-level decision making especially in business theoretical and empirical competencies and handling management as well as administrative problems.

Board Exam
The Doctor of Business Administration does not have a board examination. However, graduates may opt to take the Civil Service Examination (CSE) conducted by the Philippine Civil Service Commission (PCSC) to qualify in working in government offices.

Graduates of Doctor in Business Administration may pursue a career path in business corporations, government agencies, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, or private companies. They may apply as a college administrator, researcher, consultant for instruction materials, college dean, book author, or a business manager.
