Course description:
The program focuses on the holistic development and training of students to face the challenging world of the hospitality industry.
The curriculum was designed to include actual simulations such as travel and tour guiding, hotel front office operations, housekeeping and rooms division management, food and beverage management, culinary skills training, baking pastry arts, events and convention management, banquet and catering management, foreign language, research and entrepreneurship. The students are required to undergo on-the-job training (OJT) in hotels, restaurant and other related industries in either local or international settings.
