Course description:
The program is intended for administrative professionals who work with executives in offices both locally and abroad. Students will be given sufficient hands-on experience to work in administrative functions such as plan meetings and special events, deal with vendors and suppliers, create and present reports, assist in staff orientation, write and edit documents, schedule events and use of facilities, coordinate direct mailings, maintain multiple schedules and calendars, handle messages and correspondence (with voice mail, e-mail, and regular postal mail), maintain computer files, directories, and databases. Students will be provided extensive training on office and information management, use of technology in improving productivity, customer service and public relations.

The Working Student Scholarship, on the other hand, is handled by the Office of the Human Resource Management (HRM). Processing of application papers take time so if you want to avail of this opportunity to be a working scholar, visit the HRM Office during the first week of classes.
