Scholarships at Lipa City Colleges

I. INSTITUTIONAL SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS

A. Bonilla Scholarship Program

Named in honor of the institution’s founders, the Ricardo Bonilla (for incoming college students) and Marcella Bonilla (for incoming high school students) scholarship program is offered to students who shall pass a highly competitive examination and a battery of interviews to be administered by the institution.

B. President Carlos R. Mojares Scholarship Program

Named after it's late President who was well known as an “everybody’s man, ” ever approachable and always ready to lend a helping hand, the scholarship grant shall be awarded to academically gifted and financially needy students who must also possess good standing in the community.

C. Academic Scholarship Program

This program is given to students who graduated with honors. Following are the benefits that may be received through this program upon enrolment: Valedictorian, Salutatorian, 1st Honorable Mention, 2nd Honorable Mention & 3rd Honorable Mention.

D. GWA Discount Privilege

This program is open ONLY to incoming 1st year students and consists of tuition fee discounts based on their Grade Weighted Average (GWA).

E. Athletics Discount

This program is given only to incoming 1st year students who graduated with outstanding sports performance.

F. Campus Journalism /Inter-school Competition Scholarship Programs

Staffers of the institution’s official publication may avail of this grant after passing a highly competitive screening.

G. Student Assistant Scholarship Program

Given to financially-disadvantaged students, this program provides free education in exchange of specific work hours rendered in any of the offices of the institution.

H. Recruitment Privilege

Anyone who shall be able to bring-in at least 5 new enrollees can avail of a 100% discount on tuition fees for one semester (for college students) or for one school year (for high school students) which he may give to his desired beneficiary.

I. Alumni Privilege

A program that entitles children of LCC alumni to a 15% tuition fee discount.

J. Family Privilege

Available for a group of at least 3 siblings who are all enrolled in the institution at the same semester, this privilege consists of a 50% discount on tuition fees for the sibling who last enrolled.

K. Employee Privilege

This privilege entitles an employee and employee’s legitimate spouse and children to enroll in the institution with courses related to their specialization. Discount for dependents is only applicable for High School and College level.

L. Loyalty Privilege

This privilege entitles LCC high school students who continue their college education in the institution.
M. Federation of Lipa Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (FELITODA) Discount Privilege

Given to students who children of FELITODA Member

II. NON-INSTITUTIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

Lipa City Colleges has partnerships with both government and non-government organizations, resulting into additional scholarship grants that provide access to quality education to a higher number of deserving students.
