5. NBI - Informatics Scholarship Program

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and Informatics have just signed an agreement to provide scholarship grants to all NBI employees and their dependents. At Informatics, the NBI agents, employees and their dependents have the opportunity to experience, explore and create Information Technology. In a world turned digital with people divided between digital natives (those born during and after the internet explosion) and digital immigrants (those born before it), information is a very valuable currency. All sectors are up on their toes to acquire skills to handle it: source, retrieve, build, analyze, synthesize, process, transmit, and secure. With data materializing in the form of videos, pictures, audio files, texts and a combination of all, flowing in dizzying number over social media networks and the web, it has become a specialized job to make sense of them and to introduce order in the chaos. With the use of technology, information has become twice it's value. And it is Informatics' goal to handle the demands of Information Age by educating and training students to be competitive and innovative global citizens.

6. PNP - Informatics Scholarship Program
