Course description:
This program was set up to serve as leading provider of technically competent, energetic, and disciplined marine engineers capable of performing to the standard required of the profession for the international and local shipping industry. In the three-year academic studies, the student is exposed to technical knowledge with concentrations on the theories and practices of safe operation and maintenance of the main propulsion engine (s) , auxiliary machineries including generators, boilers, purifiers, pumps and other equipment necessary for the smooth and safe operation of the vessel.

Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. FEATI College Admission Test (FCAT Fee - PhP 300.00)
2. 2x2 Pictures with Name Tag (3 pieces)
3. Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate (3 pieces)
4. • High School Card (Form 138)
5. • Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the High School Principal or Guidance Counselor
In cases of lost Form 138, the student must instead submit the following:

7. • Certificate of Graduation from his/her high school
8. • copy of High School Transcript of Records (Form 137)

4. • Certification of Grades / copy of Transcript of Records issued and signed by the College/ University Registrar for Evaluation and Crediting
5. Detailed Course Description (if required)
6. • Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials
7. • Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed either by the Academic Dean, Guidance Counselor or Dean of Student Affairs
Note: • original and photocopy (2 pieces) and issued by most recent school of origin
-For bridging programs of Marine Engineering, student applicants are required to submit 3 copies of their college Diploma.
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
A. FRESHMEN
1. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age from the date of application Applicants below eighteen (18) may be admitted if, and only if, he/she has presented proof that he/she has completed and graduated from his/her secondary education.
2. Student’s Passport 3 copies per page with entries, especially: Date and Place of Birth, Visa Status, Authorized Stay, Passport No. And Expiration Date.
3. FEATI College Admission Test (FCAT Fee - PhP 300.00)
4. 2x2 Pictures with Name Tag (3 pieces)
5. Application Letter Addressed to the Admissions Officer
6. Student’s Personal History Statement (6 copies)
7. • Birth Certificate or it's equivalent
8. • Transcript of Records / Scholastic Records
9. • High School Diploma
10. • Certificate of Good Moral Character
11. • A Notarized Affidavit of Support including Bank Statements, or Notarized Grant for Institutional Scholars, to cover student’s accommodation expenses
12. Settlement of Foreigner’s Acceptance Fee (PhP 4,500.00) after enrollment

B. TRANSFEREES FROM A FOREIGN SCHOOL
