Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. 4th Year High School Report Card /Form 138 (original copy)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character (original copy)
3. NSO Copy of Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy) –– if the NSO copy is not clear, a locally issued Marriage Certificate must be presented for verification purposes.
4. NSO Copy of Marriage Certificate (for married women only - Original & Photocopy) – if the NSO copy is not clear, a locally issued Marriage Certificate must be presented for verification purposes.
5. Two (2) pcs. 2x2 recent ID picture with white background and name tag
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1 Honorable Dismissal – (original copy)
2. Transcript of Records (TOR) Informative Copy – (original copy)
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character - (original copy)
4. NSO Copy of Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy) –– if the NSO copy is not clear, a locally issued Marriage Certificate must be presented for verification purposes.
5. NSO Copy of Marriage Certificate (for married women only - Original & Photocopy) – if the NSO copy is not clear, a locally issued Marriage Certificate must be presented for verification purposes.

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
