1. University Academic Scholarships

A. Entrance Scholarship (for Freshman Students)

-For Valedictorian
100% Free Tuition for 1 School Year

-For Salutatorian
50% Free Tuition Fee for 1 School Year

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must belong to at least from 100 graduates on a school recognized by the government
• Certificate of Honor stating the total number of graduates endorsed by the High School Principal with school’s dry seal
• 1 piece of 2 x 2 colored ID picture These requirements should be presented along with the Student Information Sheet (white form) at the Admission and Registration Section located at Cardinal Santos (CS) Bldg.

B. Academic Scholarship

-100% Free Tuition Fee for 1 Semester
Provided, a student should have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 1.00 to 1.24 with no grade lower than 1.50 in previous semester.

-75% Free Tuition Fee for 1 Semester
Provided, a student should have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 1.25 to 1.49 with no grade lower than 1.75 in previous semester.

-50% Free Tuition Fee for 1 Semester
Provided, a student should have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 1.50 to 1.69 with no grade lower than 2.00 in previous semester.

Additional Conditions:

• No Failure (5.0), Dropped (6.0), Incomplete (4.0) even with completion grades or withdrawn subjects.
• All college academic and non-academic units registered in the semester are included in the computation of general weighted average.
• Transferees must have at least 1 school year residence to take the required subjects reflected in the University’s curriculum of the previous semester.- Taking advance subjects is strictly prohibited.
• Old student registered as academic scholar must carry the regular load and subjects as prescribed on their curriculum.
• Abide the Constitution and By-Laws of Academic Scholars Alliance of Adamson Univesity (ASA-AdU).
• Must have good moral character.

2. Corporate/Foundation/Individual Sponsorships

Scholars of different corporate or individual scholarships receive full (100%) or partial (50%) benefit in tuition fee and miscellaneous with the condition that the required General Weighted Average (GWA) is being maintained while under the scholarship without dropped, failed, incomplete grades. He or she is also required to attend to at least two (2) activities of OSAS or of their college/ department every semester.

Initial Requirements:

• High School graduate/ at least 2nd year level in College
• Biodata/ Resume with 2 pcs of 2x2 picture
• NSO Birth Certificate
• National College Assessment Exam Results
• Must take the required course of the said scholarship & with Good Moral Character
• Form 138 with GWA of at least 88% OR semestral grade with GWA of at least 1.75 with no dropped, failed, or incomplete subjects
• Must belong to the top 10% or 20% of the graduating class or
• Recommendation letters from Principal, Adviser, Dean, Chairperson (any 3 disinterested parties) stating the academic capabilities of the applicant

3. University Athletes and PEP Squad

The University believes that physical education, which finds it's full expression in competitive sports, is an essential component of the students' holistic development. Hard work, sportsmanship, team spirit, and diligence in studies are some of the values instilled among the athletes.

Thus, the University provides 100%, 75%, 50% or 25% discount in tuition fees to those who qualified the try-out and series of training for different sports: basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, badminton, table tennis, track and field, chess, and judo. This is same with the benefits for those who pass the audition for University PEP squad.

4. Scholarships for Special Skills

A. University Chorale & Dance Troupe

Members of the University Chorale & Dance Troupe are also scholars of the University enjoying 20% tuition fee discounts in exchange for services during many of the University's on-and-off campus activities. Once in, the scholar must be able to maintain a General Weighted Average of 3.0 every semester and attend all practices and performances.

B. University Band

Members of the University Band are also scholars of the University enjoying free tuition fees (50-100%) in exchange for band services during many of the University's on-and-off campus activities. Applicants must be able to satisfactorily play a band instrument (s) as a prerequisite to acceptance to the Band as a scholar. Once in, the Band scholar must be able to maintain a General Weighted Average of 3.0 every semester and attend all band practices and performances.

5. Scholarship for Student Assistant Ozanam Study Grant Program (OSGP)

The OSGP is the single, largest scholarship program provided by the University to deserving but financially-challenged students. Grantees of the Program are required to render work in the University's various offices, sports facilities, laboratories, and libraries in exchange for 100 % free tuition fee and monthly allowance.

The OSGP has three Pillars of education: academic, work experience, and apostolate.

The OSGP Scholar should be able to maintain a certain GWA every semester while keeping satisfactory work outputs in their respective workplaces. The Scholar should likewise be able to render apostolic works to institutions and places with individuals who are socially disadvantaged.
