A. M.
Studied BS in Elementary Education major in Sciece
at West Visayas State University , Iloilo City
Graduated: 2011

Why did I choose this course:
I chose this subject because I love teaching and Science was my favorite subject when I was in Elementary.

About my college education:
This course focuses on teaching the subject science and health for elementary students. In passing the course, there were tests which were difficult and there were some that were easy. Basically, the difficulty of the exams also depends on the kind of person the professor is. Admittedly, there were exams that I did not pass, and had to repeat the exam or to have it retaken. But your success would also depend on the efforts that you put in your course.

My current job:
I am currently a teacher in a public school here in our place. My job focuses on teaching elementary students however it is not only science that I am teaching. This goes true to all public school teachers.

Am I using what I learned in college:
Yes. I believe that the school had really prepared me for everything that I will be when I will be on the job proper.

How long did it take to find a job after graduation:
I had to take a rest like 5 months, and then took the board exam. After that, I had to apply and wait until hired which took me about 6 months.
